Established in March 2016, Two Steps Forward Consulting has worked with a variety of businesses, from small to large, covering many aspects of business operation, including Strategic Business Planning, Leadership Development, Capability Building and Team Cohesiveness. All underpinned with a focus on developing people to be the best they can be and helping businesses create the best culture they can foster, no matter what their size.

My goal with all clients is to understand their unique needs and work with them to solve the problems they are trying to solve, and uncover the ones they didn’t know existed. Culture, People, Leadership and Strategy are at the heart of why I do what I do, and why I love to do it!
